Taxback International are delighted to announce the launch of our new ‘Next Generation Analytics’ platform.

When the Taxback team decided to upgrade the platform, we reached out to our community so that we could gather ideas from our users, with the goal of creating the best possible solution. In collaboration with users of the platform and our UX (User experience) teams we’ve transitioned into the new version.

The launch gives rise to a new chapter for Taxback users. By developing Next Generation Analytics in-house with cutting edge latest technology it will allow us to integrate even more features into our platform which support AI/ML technology as well as a host of new features.

Next Generation Analytics is not just a visual application for viewing enriched dashboards, Nex Generation uses the latest technology and allows us to power analytics and embed analytics in your day-to-day workflows. By utilising this teach, it enables us to scale the platform while providing near real-time data for our ever-growing client base.

There are many new features and performance improvements in the new version, one new feature is the addition of the Ideation Portal which really puts VATConnect users in the heart of the product. Users can give feedback and participate in improving the platform by offering ideas as they see fit. If you have any ideas or feedback about the new platform, the product team here in the Taxback would love to hear them. This is accessible via the ‘Ideation Portal’ button within the software.
